Big Tex comes in a Texas size gift box that measures 17 inches across.
The chili mix has 3 packets included: one packet of spices, one packet of crushed red peppers, and one packet of masa flour. You can adjust the heat of the chili to your liking by adding as much or little of the crushed peppers. The masa flour is used as a thickening agent if you like a thicker chili. Recipe is included in the box. Chili mix makes approximately 4 Texas size servings or 6 servings for most folks.
