Return Policy:
We will accept returns within 10 days of receipt of the item. Before returning the item you must contact us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received with all tags attached and original gift boxes.
Returned Items are subject to the following rules!
Gift Items:
We will accept returns on gift items if you are not completely satisfied. There may be some minor differences in color as many of the items are hand painted and decorated. All gift items are inspected before shipping to make sure there is no damage.
Food Items:
We will not accept any opened food item!
Beauty Products:
We will not accept any opened beauty products – lotions, liquid soaps, hand lotions, bath salts, wrapped bar soap, butters, or scrubs.
Refund Policy:
We will gladly reimburse your credit card, less the original shipping fee, after we have received the returned item(s) and inspected for damage. You are responsible for return shipping fees for the item(s).
If you desire we can give an in house credit against the returned item for a future purchase.
Damaged Items During Shipment:
If you have not purchased shipping insurance we are not responsible for any damages occurring during shipment. All items are inspected and packed securely before shipping.
If you have purchased shipping insurance please contact us for assistance in filing a claim with the shipper.
