We can all picture the rough style of transportation of the Old West. However, we can't know what it really felt like traveling through the rugged terrain. Sometimes they were attacked by Indians or chase by robbers! Horses at full gallop trying to outrun them on the bumpy roads with dust flying everwhere. Can we really feel or imagine what the drivers went through as they tried to protect their passengers? Many were prim and proper ladies, aristocrats or bankers. The drivers were truley heroes who risked their lives every day to bring passenger and cargo safely to the old west.
