Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine baking mix with 8 Tbs. of melted butter and 1 egg. Press into the bottom of a greased 8"x8" square pan. Reserve 1/3 cup to be used later.
- Combine Cheesecake mix with 2 eggs and 16 oz. cream cheese. Mix until smooth and spread over crust.
- Drizzle contents of toppin pouch over cream cheese filling. Crumble 1/3 cup reserve batter over the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and open door for 30 minutes. Remove and refrigerate until ready to serve.
