Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust Coarse is a all Purpose Barbecue Seasoning for roasts and larger cuts. Essentially the same recipe as the regular Dizzy Rub, but they've bumped up the ingredients to their coarsest grinds so they can stand up when applied to large pieces of meat. Pork butts and picnic roasts, beef briskets and other large cuts will benefit from a coating of this flavorful, balanced barbecue rub.
Full on flavor but very low on heat. This is a mild rub on the heat scale.
