As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
When we receive your order we begin processing it for shipment. Orders received after 2PM Thursday, Fridays and over the weekend are processed on the following business day.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail for your preference of cancelling the order, waiting for the item to arrive, or changing the unavailable item to an item in the same price range and in stock.
If your items ordered are available or will be within 2 business days, we will proceed with the order and ship once the order is completed.
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your shipment, you may return the shipment for a full credit or replacement. Please contact us at (817) 675-4881 or email us prior to making a return. Normally we do not require food items to be returned unless we need to inspect the item for unusual conditions.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to Canada, Australia & European addresses.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders totaling $75.00 or more (not including shipping or state tax where applicable) will receive FREE shipping - within the 48 continental states - excluding Alaska, Hawaii, AFOs, APOs, and FPOs. Orders will be shipped USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority mail confirmed or UPS Ground. (Shippers Option) All orders are shipped with 48 hours.

We try to ship within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment.
Items with total weight less than one pound will ship USPS First Class Mail unless customer indicates otherwise.
Orders with multiple items purchased will be combined together for shipment when shipping to same address.
Shipping to multiple addresses:
If you are shipping gifts to multiple addresses we recommend the following methods to ensure accuracy.
For 2-5 recipients we recommend you complete each order individually. After your first order, your bill-to address is saved making each subsequent order quick and easy. Once you begin the checkout for the next order, you will only have to enter the next shipping address and your credit card number to complete the order. During checkout, click the pencil icon next to the shipping address to change it to the next address. Repeat until your list is complete. Each order will be charged separately.
For 6 or more recipients we recommend you e-mail your list to email@example.com . Please be sure to include your gift message and which gift item you would like to ship. We will reply with a link to complete payment. Using this method, you will only be charged once for the total amount of all the gifts ordered.

Please note, gift recipients will never receive pricing information in their shipment.
If the products for your order are in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, your order will ship within 2 business days from the date of your order.
Some items are subject to substitution during the holidays, items will be substituted at equal or greater value.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order please contact us.
All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping by 1:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 1:00 PM CST ship the next business day. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day in other words 24-48 hours. Ground orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.
